2. What data, for what

When ordering: name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address (postcode, town, street, number), the details of the cover ordered and the photos of the terrace you upload. Purpose: fulfilling the order, contact, invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for invoicing data, a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

While using the configurator, the steps of your design (the terrace and cover settings) are kept in your browser so you can continue later; they reach us only when you send the order, as part of it (so the workshop can see how the sizes came about).

When you contact us (e-mail, phone): the data you give, to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. For how long

Order data until the contract is performed and claims arising from it lapse (5 years); the invoice and invoicing data for 8 years under the Accounting Act. Uploaded photos for at most 1 year after delivery, for any complaint tied to the order.

4. Who sees it

The trader and the staff involved in manufacture. Processors: hosting and site delivery — Vercel Inc. (USA, with EU data centres); e-mail sending — Resend Inc.; storage of the order replay — Vercel Blob; invoicing — KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu). Transfers to third countries rest on the EU standard contractual clauses. Your data is not used for marketing and not passed to anyone else.

5. Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The configurator uses the browser's local storage to keep your design; it stays on your device and disappears when you clear the browser's data.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@siroponyva.hu; we reply within 30 days. Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9–11, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or with a court.
